How we handle feedback

Open book for feedback as well as price. Tell us what worked and what did not, and we will say what we heard and what we changed.

How to leave it

• Anyone can: a young person, a parent or carer, a teacher, a commissioner, a neighbour.
• Email hello@sidecic.org, or write it on paper and hand it to anyone from Sidecic.
• Our advice: leave your name off, and never put anyone else’s.
• The lead reads it. If it is about the lead, the Chair of the Board reads it.

Our promise

• We never publish a young person’s name or story, and never anyone’s name without asking.
• We publish critical feedback too, with a reply that thanks you and says what we heard.
• We keep a you said, we did list, and keep it up to date.
• We only take feedback down if it is abusive or names someone.
• We never reward feedback, and we ask before reposting yours anywhere.
